Savannah Howard, LCSW
Hi, I’m Savannah — a licensed therapist and the founder of Rise & Restore Counseling and Consulting. I specialize in working with women, teens (16+), and moms who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready to grow.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to slow down, be seen, and start again. My approach is relational, creative, and grounded in compassion. Whether you're navigating trauma, identity, motherhood, or just trying to feel more like yourself — you don’t have to do it alone.
Let’s work together to help you reconnect, heal, and move forward with intention.
FAQs
Q: How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply craving space to reflect — therapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. If you’re ready to explore your thoughts, patterns, or emotions with support, that’s enough.
Q: What happens during a free consultation?
The consult is a 15-minute call where we briefly talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and whether we feel like a good fit. There’s no pressure — it’s just a space to explore next steps together.
Q: What can I expect in our sessions?
Our work will be guided by your needs and goals. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore freely. Sessions may include reflection, insight-building, nervous system regulation, or creative tools — always at your pace.
Q: Do you offer in-person sessions?
At this time, sessions are virtual only. This allows for flexibility, accessibility, and comfort — you can join from anywhere in Arizona. In office sessions will be available towards Fall 2025.
Q: What if I’ve had a bad experience with therapy before?
That’s totally valid — and I’m glad you’re giving it another shot. We’ll move at your pace, and you’ll always be in control of what you share. Healing happens in relationship, and I’ll do my part to make this one feel safe and supportive.
